Applicants with ASSIGNED RESIDENCE HALL have until 5:00 PM, 7 July 2019 to confirm his/her slot. Unconfirmed slots will automatically be forfeited and included in the Second Batch run.
Applicants with NO DORM ASSIGNMENT/PENDING may email their appeal to dormappsupport@list.upd.edu.ph. Please indicate in the subject – APPEAL – STUDENT NUMBER. State in your letter how long you have been a resident of the dorm/s. Scanned documents are not encouraged unless you must submit a supporting document. Deadline for Appeals will be on 7 July 2019. Late submission will not be entertained.
Appeal for transfer or swapping of residence hall will also not be entertained.
Second Batch run results will be released on 15 July 2019.
