Can I submit my ST Bracket as certification of income?
Yes, you may take a screen shot of your assigned ST bracket with your name and attach in your application.

Please be informed that all ST/SLAS and DOST certification will automatically be reflected online through OSG. Applicants no longer need to request from OSG individually. However, if you already have a copy, you may still submit the document as additional reference only. (20 June 2023)
What proof of income can I submit?

* 2022 Income Tax Return (clear -readable copy of all pages) – should be year 2022 and stamped received by the Bureau of Internal Revenue on 2023; ITR of previous years will not be accepted.

Will Certificate of Indigency be accepted?
We do not encourage submission of Certificate of Indigency however in such cases that this is the only document that can be submitted, we will require the parent/s to state the sources of income to support the education of child.
How do I know if there is a document that I still need to submit?
Applicants may check the application status thru the Comments/Remarks Box found in the dashboard.
How do I submit additional requirements?
Applicant must attach the additional requirements in the Comments/Remarks box.
What happens if the additional requirements were not submitted? Applicant will not be eligible in the batch run.
Are scanned documents acceptable? Yes, so long as they are readable.
I am a current resident, can I submit the required documents while waiting for my online clearance? Yes.
