Can I still get a slot even though I did not meet the academic load requirement?
Students can apply for dormitory however there is no assurance of a slot since it is dependent on its availability and demand.
Can I submit an affidavit issued last year?
Affidavit must be issued within the last six months. Affidavit issued December 2022 will not be accepted.
I am a graduating student enrolling in a graduate course next academic year, what requirements do I need to submit?

Where can I get a ST Bracket Certification/SLAS (Student Learning Assistance System)
The Office of Scholarships and Grants is the only office who can release the ST certification, however due to the number of requests, the OSG and OSH are currently discussing a more systematic way to address this concern. An announcement shall be made as soon as available.
Can I take a screenshot of my CRS grades instead of submitting a TCG?
Yes, just make sure it includes your name, student number and GWA.
In relation to grades, what academic year do I need to submit?
Kindly submit grades for AY 2022-2023. In such case that the grades for 2nd semester is not yet complete during the application period, your grade last semester (1st sem AY 2022-2023) will be considered..
My parents are no longer living together, and it is only my father who is supporting my education, what documents do I need to submit?
An affidavit indicating such information (with income) must be submitted.
